Since the general release of the latest version of Watchkeeper, v.3.5, last year, we have a noticed a very encouraging uptake in the use of the new planning tool we introduced in V3.5. Stats from ISF Watchkeeper 3 Online (our online portal for managing fleets, vessels, alerts and notifications) show an average of 2 plans per week per vessel being created.
This shows us that customers have readily adopted the planner as a way of managing their non-compliance strategies. Furthermore, a survey we conducted showed very favourable responses from Watchkeeper customers, to the tool, with feedback showing high positive scores and some nice suggestions to include in the next release.
