Since the general release of the latest version of Watchkeeper, v.3.5, last year, we have a noticed a very encouraging uptake in the use of the new planning tool we introduced in V3.5. Stats from Watchkeeper Online (our online portal for managing fleets, vessels, alerts and notifications) show an average of 2 plans per week per vessel being created.
This shows us that customers have readily adopted the planner as a way of managing their non-compliance strategies. Furthermore, a survey we conducted showed very favourable responses from Watchkeeper customers, to the tool, with feedback showing high positive scores and some nice suggestions to include in the next release.
